    The moon over head tonight

I always wanted to photograph the moon.

When I was a child I had a telescope and I would spend the long winter nights out side looking up at the moon as it zipped by.

I had read that photographing the moon you had to shoot it as if it was day light, after all that is what it is.

I shot this at 1/200 of a second with a focal length of 300mm (450mm eq.), the aperature set to F8 and the speed set to ISO200. So it's a little slow but boy is it sharp.

    That's one big cat :P

    Old Bird

If you look in the open back door you can see the crew chief looking back out at you, he is crouching down on the right side of the door.
