The moon over head tonight

I always wanted to photograph the moon.
When I was a child I had a telescope and I would spend the long winter nights out side looking up at the moon as it zipped by.
I had read that photographing the moon you had to shoot it as if it was day light, after all that is what it is.
I shot this at 1/200 of a second with a focal length of 300mm (450mm eq.), the aperature set to F8 and the speed set to ISO200. So it's a little slow but boy is it sharp.
